After a long search we went with KP Engineering for our tall railings and gates. We chose them because of their very informative web site, the favourable reviews, and the way that they dealt with our initial queries. They picked the phone up, they answered e-mails promptly, and were straightforward and helpful. The design process and detailed specification went smoothly even when we modified our initial requirements. The price we were quoted was very fair. We were kept informed on the progress of our order which was completed within the specified period. Delivery was free and was handled excellently- we were given a choice of a morning or afternoon time slot enabling us to get our builder on site. The galvanized railings and gates were exactly as specified - the measurements needed to be exact to fit the 3.4 metre space. They were supplied with all the fixture and fittings- and some heavy duty additional bolts that were not part of the order. My builder was impressed with the quality of the posts, the railings and gates, especially the welds. The whole structure was installed in just over half a day. Overall it was a delight to deal with them and the end result is exactly what we wanted. What I didn't like was having to paint it all! Our thanks to Ketan and all the team at KP Engineering.

From start to finish KP Engineering were a pleasure to deal with. The Sales Director, Ketan, was helpful and knowledgable. The estimate was clear and helpful, the surveyors who came out to measure clearly knew their job and the final fitters worked exceedingly hard for 2.5 days. We had 3 sets of rails for 3 different flights of garden steps, none very straightforward and are delighted with the result.
